* Please note: In late July, August and September, the lakes lily pads are in full bloom. In May and June, there are no lily pads, which is why in some photos the water looks clear and others it does not. Please email for photos or go here: https://www.cottagesincanada.com/27944
The lily pads are in the distance and they DO NOT affect swimming or boating as we have had weed removal on our property. The only issue with the lily pads is the view. If you don’t mind that, you won’t mind!

We are a four season, air-conditioned and heated, luxury cottage experience.

Rentals are available year round for all your hosting and event needs.

*Week rentals are Friday – Friday.

* Check-in on Friday past 5pm.

*Check-out is the following Friday, no later than 10am.

RATES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

WINTER SEASON 2020/2021 | OCT1 – APR 30

$3000/WEEK

$500/NIGHT (3 NIGHT MINIMUM, NO EXCEPTIONS)

 

SUMMER SEASON 2021 | MAY 1 – SEPT 30

$3800/WEEK

*BY THE WEEK ONLY IN JUNE, JULY & AUGUST.

PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT 3 NIGHT WEEKENDS IN OFF SEASON.

ALL PRICES + HST, CLEANING FEE AND REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT.

AVAILABLE DATES ARE UPATED DAILY! *Red line means sold. Anything without red line is avaialble. 

*Please note: We have strict no-refund policy. We understand these are unprecedented times. If short term rentals are closed over your time of booking due to Covid-19 we are happy to credit your deposit towards to any other available week, 6 months from when things reopen.
You are responsible for keeping your guests limited to those who are in your bubble and not exceeding the current gathering limits.
